Delivery
When we have received your confirmed order we will endeavour to deliver within 5 working days.

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as possible, upon receipt of your order, to confirm your order details and then contact will be made by telephone or email to make delivery arrangements.

If an item is out of stock or needs to be ordered from the manufacturer and will take longer than 5 working days we will offer an alternative product or a refund.



Back Orders

If an item is on back order we will keep you updated on the availability and until such time as the product has been despatched to us by the supplier, you may cancel your order and request a refund at any point.



Delivery Address

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and all goods must be signed for. Payments made by card, on-line, will only be delivered to the customers registered address. We will require a signature from an adult, with appropriate ID when the item is delivered.



Damaged Goods

Any damaged goods should have the damage marked on the delivery note and you should inform us as soon as is practicable but at the latest within 2 days of delivery.



Shortages

It is your responsibility to sign for your order on delivery, as shown on the delivery consignment note and inform us immediately if you believe your order has not been fulfilled entirely.



Incorrect Or Non Delivery

You should notify us of any incorrect goods or if a product has not been supplied immediately and we will work to rectify this as soon as possible.



Online Order Return Policy

In accordance with the distance selling regulations if you wish to return your goods you must contact us within 14 working days starting the day after delivery, in writing Via Post, Email or Fax. The goods should be new, unused and complete with all accessories and in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to charge for any missing accessories.

You must send the goods back yourself and bear that cost yourself. (You should make sure that you have sufficient insurance to cover the goods you are returning)



Refunds

When a refund has been agreed we will refund it as soon as practicable but always within 14 days. The refund can only be made to the original purchaser and in the original fashion e.g. via the Card type used for the original purchase.



Delivery and Returns

Express TV deliver to selected UK locations within a 20 mile radius of WR14 1SY, Malvern. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01684 573547 or [email protected] to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.

Delivery Timescales

Express TV will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 3 days. Express TV will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
